Race Report

Summary: CALM All Porsche Trophy – Round 5, Croft Circuit (21st & 22nd September 2025)

The CALM All Porsche Trophy's debut at Croft Circuit delivered three thrilling races, with Christian Walker's Cayman dominating all sessions. The fast, flowing track favored powerful cars, and Walker secured pole, trailed by Jamie McHugh's 944 Turbo and Andrew Duce's Boxster.

In Race 1, Walker led from start to finish, followed by McHugh and Duce. A fierce midfield battle saw Dan Crego's 968 finish fourth. Kenn van Hauen's mighty supercharged 911 had suffered from a slipping clutch in qualifying, but the issue was resolved before the race; he was well on the way to his customary Invitation class win when there was a last lap coming together with Jamie McHugh's car, and with a damaged rear swingarm, he wasn't able to finish.

For Race 2, Christian Walker recovered from a poor start to reclaim the lead and win. Duce and Gunn Carter followed, while McHugh retired with suspension failure. SP3 remained competitive with Dan Crego narrowly beating James Harvey. Kenn van Hauen's 911 could not be mended in time, and unfortunately retired for the weekend.

And for the Final Race, Walker completed a clean sweep with his third win. Duce and James Gunn Carter battled for second, finishing just 0.06s apart. Crego impressed again, winning SP3 and earning Driver of the Day. Scharfegger climbed to fifth after strong stints. The Scottish duo of Clarke/McFadden improved steadily, while several drivers retired due to technical issues or contact.
